Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Nationalwide Rentals Dumpster and Porta Potty Rentals Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and guidelines. These terms apply to all services provided by Nationalwide Rentals, a Nationalwide Rentals Company. 

Charges and Payment

Customers are responsible for payment for services rendered, including collection, disposal, dig outs, unblocking units, excess disposal fees, cancellation fees, trip charges, or relocation fees not prepaid. Charges will align with the current pricing schedule. 

 All applicable fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file immediately after service completion. 

 Invoices for unpaid balances must be settled within 10 days of issuance. Late payments may incur fees up to the maximum permitted by law. 

 Nationalwide Rentals reserves the right to suspend services, recover overdue payments, or retrieve equipment for nonpayment. Returned checks may also incur additional fees as allowed by law. 

Waste Material Guidelines

Customers must ensure only approved “waste material” is placed in equipment. Prohibited items include: 

 Hazardous, toxic, flammable, or biomedical waste (as defined by federal/state laws). 

 Radioactive materials, solvents, antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil, tires, batteries, electronics, medical waste, liquids, or aerosol cans. 

Tires may incur an additional $25–$50 fee where permitted. 

Nationalwide Rentals assumes ownership of compliant waste once collected. Customers retain liability for prohibited materials and agree to cover all related damages or penalties. 

Driveway and Property Care

Customers must ensure driveways/parking areas can safely support equipment weight. Nationalwide Rentals is not liable for damage to surfaces during service delivery. 

Contamination & Additional Fees

Contaminated loads rejected by landfills may result in fees. Customers are solely responsible for equipment contents. 

 Mattresses, furniture, appliances, or tires may incur $25–$50 per item (varies by location). Fees will be charged automatically with supporting documentation provided. 

Equipment Use & Care

 Fill levels must not exceed the container’s marked line or weight limits. Overloaded units may require offloading by the customer and a $115 rescheduling fee. 

 Customers are responsible for equipment care (excluding normal wear) and must not overload, move, or misuse it. Liability for injuries or damages from equipment use rests with the customer.

Access & Scheduling

 Ensure unobstructed equipment access on pickup days. Missed collections due to inaccessibility may incur rescheduling fees. 

 Delivery/pickup times are estimates and subject to delays from weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. 

Pricing & Cancellations

Dumpster pricing varies by location and is confirmed upon booking. 

 Cancellation fees: $50 per porta potty, $100 per dumpster. Changes within 48 hours of service (excluding weekends/holidays) incur 50% fees. No refunds for sameday cancellations. 

Delivery & Pickup

Drivers may refuse unsafe or inaccessible deliveries/pickups, resulting in a $125 trip fee. 

 Notify Nationalwide Rentals via email (support@nationalwiderentals.com) when porta potties are ready for removal. Rental periods end upon notification. 

Disclaimer

Nationalwide Rentals is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or underground utilities. Customers must disclose any buried utilities prior to delivery. 

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to unforeseeable events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, legal restrictions). 

Legal & Refunds

 Breaching parties cover reasonable attorney fees. 

 Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service and are granted at Nationalwide Rentals’ discretion.
